Return Policy
Absolutely no returns without prior return authorization. Contact us Since wedding and baby accessories are often very delicate and personal,  Tres Charmant will only accept returns for unopened, non-personalized and non-dated items up to 10 days after you receive your order. There will be no cost to you accept for the return shipping. We are not responsible for any damage to the item during return shipping.

Damaged/Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product from Tres Charmant, we will be happy to replace it at no charge to you.

Delivery Time
Normal orders shipped within 5-7 days. In many cases it may be possible to fill rush orders.

Shipments are F.O.B. Torrance, CA. We use UPS ground service.
